1. CORE & BODY STRENGTH:

This program will help you: Move better with a more stable spine, less joint stress, less pain, and improved hip & shoulder strength and mobility. Train your core with superior exercises using body weight (designed for each participant’s level) and strengthen arms, legs & hips with bands/weights using controlled movements. Suitable for chronic stiffness & pain, arthritis, osteoporosis and other concerns. Join us in this positive and feel good program!
You will receive: 13 classes, one 15 minute 1:1 support session, weekly emailed daily exercise challenges for accountability and movement training to reach your goals.

2. LOW BACK STABILIZATION TRAINING:
6 Tuesdays Sept. 19 – Oct. 24, Noon – 1 pm
Regent Health & Chiropractic Centre, 150 Locke St. S, Hamilton ON
This evidenced small group exercise program will help you: Identify & control low back pain triggers, reduce stiffenss in the hips and low back and learn to move better, sparing your spine. Learn superior exercises to improve mobility, stability around your low back & hips, feel stronger so you have more stamina for daily activities without provoking pain. Exercises are taught slowly, at your pace for the best results to train your spinal support system.
You will receive: 6 small group classes with personal attention, weekly exercises for optimal motor control training of your spinal muscles, laminated anti-inflamatory food guide and one 20 minute session to ensure we’re reaching your goal.

3. HIP & KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS:
8 Tuesdays Oct. 31 – Dec 19, Noon – 1 pm
Regent Health & Chiropractic Centre, 150 Locke St S, Hamilton ON
This evidenced education & exercise program will help you: Walk & function better, with less hip pain and stiffenss and slow the joint degeneration process. Learn superior exercises to improve mobility, stability around your low back, hips & knees, improve balance, reduce fall risk, feel stronger so you have more stamina for daily activities. Learn the facts & tips to keep active and healthy with Osteoarthritis. A hip or knee osteoarthritis diagnosis is not needed for this program.
You will receive: 8 classes with personal attention, 8 exercise videos, 8 education videos, laminated anti-inflamatory food guid and one 20 minute session to ensure we’re reaching your goal.
