- Target entire core, balance, and total body strengthening
- Body weight, bands & weights
- Progressive and challenging, ALWAYS at your level
- Mindful movement as you learn to move better
- Finish with mindful relaxation

Mondays 4:30-5:15pm, Tuesdays – 9:15-10am,
Wednesdays – 5:15-6pm, Thursdays – 9:15-10am
OSTEOPOROSIS: CORE, BALANCE & STRENGTH TRAINING
- For core, balance, postural and functional strengthening
- Body weight, bands & weights
- Mindful movement, sparing spine and joints, ALWAYS at your level
- Can’t get down to the floor, that’s ok!
- Personal attention to learn correct movement
- Finish with mindful relaxation
