CORE, BALANCE &
STRENGTH TRAINING

  • Target entire core, balance, and total body strengthening
  • Body weight, bands & weights
  • Progressive and challenging, ALWAYS at your level
  • Mindful movement as you learn to move better
  • Finish with mindful relaxation
  • You’ll get weekly emailed exercise videos to save!

Mondays 4:30-5:15pm,    Tuesdays – 9:15-10am,     

Wednesdays – 5:15-6pm,     Thursdays – 9:15-10am

OSTEOPOROSIS:  CORE, BALANCE & STRENGTH TRAINING

  • For core, balance, postural and functional strengthening
  • Body weight, bands & weights
  • Mindful movement, sparing spine and joints, ALWAYS at your level
  • Can’t get down to the floor, that’s ok!
  • Personal attention to learn correct movement
  • Finish with mindful relaxation
  • You’ll get weekly emailed exercise videos to save!

Tuesdays – 10:30-11:15 am,     Thursdays – 10:30-11:15 am
