Virtual  ‘CORE’ Classes

Move better, unload joints, reduce pain, improve stability, strength, mobility, and balance, at your pace.  Classes focus on alignment, correct movement and breathing for spine, hips, knees and shoulders. Choose your program length: 8, 12, or 16 weeks.  Recorded classes that you can do when it’s best for you!

Improve your posture, stability, flexibility, balance, breathing, and strength using your body weight standing and on the floor. Light weights and a resistance band are recommended.
