"MOVE TO FEEL BETTER" - Your 30 minute exercise class January 2021

Designed for your personal goals, needs and health concerns, these classes are popular for those over 40 to improve posture, flexibility, balance, breathing, and functional strength. You will use your own body weight and gravity in standing and on the floor movements. Progressions use light weights and a resistance band. Modifications are provided for every movement. Your safety, accomplishment and enjoyment are my professional promise to you. It is your class!

Classes begin January 11th 2021 for 12 weeks

Mondays & Wednesdays    5:15 pm – 5:45 pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays    9:15 am – 9:45 am

Virtual Classes

This is your class!  Designed to help you move better and feel better, at your pace.  Classes focus on alignment and breathing during brief cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and stability movements for core, hips and knees. Sessions are periodic.
